LET OP: Het optreden van Baby Strange op 30 september in Hedon is geannuleerd. Kaartkopers ontvangen een mailing en krijgen het aankoopbedrag van hun tickets automatisch teruggestort. Lees hieronder het officiële statement van de band.
"We are beyond devastated to announce that we are cancelling the European leg of our tour.
The rising cost of touring against low ticket sales has just made it impossible to do. We are gutted and heartbroken and want to apologise to the fans that were looking forward to seeing us. Please know we did absolutely everything to try and make this work. Refunds can be arranged from point of purchase.
Europe, we will return! Our dates in Scotland & England will go ahead as planned, kicking off this Friday in Aberdeen.

De Schotse Indie rockband Baby Strange komt naar Zwolle! Johnny Madden (zang/gitaar), Connaire McCann (drummer) en Aindan McCann (bas) zijn al actief sinds 2012 en tourden met genregenoten Jamie T en Palma Violets. Hun debuutalbum Want It Need It verscheen in 2016 en bracht onvervalste rock ’n roll parels als bijvoorbeeld Pure Evil. Dit jaar keerde de band terug met een gloednieuwe EP Land Of Nothing. Dat betekent dat er meer dan genoeg materiaal is om even lekker huis te houden in je favo poppodium!
De show van Baby Strange op 22 mei is verplaatst. De band schrijft het volgende:
We’re absolutely gutted to be writing this but we’re having to postpone our European dates scheduled for later this month due to the ongoing uncertainties around Covid-19. We’re working on a rescheduled run of dates for later this year and will update everyone once everything is confirmed. Stay safe out there.
